Every project on this portal is free to download, free to share, and free to remix, provided you credit the National Council for Construction as publisher and mention CoST Zambia as supporter. Pick the format that fits how you work.

What's inside

The full dataset (spreadsheet or JSON) covers, for every project:

  • Project title, sector, location, budget
  • The government body that owns the project (the "public authority")
  • The supplier that won the work
  • Tender details — procurement method, number of tenderers, award value
  • Milestones and contract dates
  • Any disclosed documents (contracts, inspection reports, feasibility studies)

The two project overview files are a deliberately simpler cut — one row per project with the headline fields — for a fast look or a quick chart. For the complete tabular data, use the full dataset workbook.

All fields follow the global infrastructure-disclosure standard OC4IDS v0.9.5, so the data can be combined with disclosure feeds from other countries.
